Brock killed it. He was as Professional as he was friendly. Made sure I was happy with his progress throughout the cut and actually gave me what I asked for. I'll be coming to these guys again.

First time coming to this barber and I was very disappointed, my 12yr old son had a hair cut from here, I showed them a picture of what he wanted (just so I don’t make a mistake explaining the hair style) but they never delivered what we asked for, the man only cut the bottom part nothing on the top his hair still looked exactly the same as when we walked in, the hair cut only took 20min or lesser. This is the first time being so unhappy with my kids hair cut, I had to take him straight to JustCut after getting out of this store for them to do a proper job!

All staff were friendly and made the customers feel at home.We Recommend Henry at Edmonton.He particularly was so patient and kind towards the young boys. Henry clearly loves his job and takes great care of the customers, regardless of age.Since getting cuts at Refuge, our youngest son wont let other barbers from different stores cut his hair because of the type of service he's experienced in the past.However, talks highly of Refuge Barbers because they made him feel like a million bucks.I mean, isn't that how a man, young or old is meant to feel on the day they get a fresh cut & fade?

He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he listened to my exact instructions. He was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
