We have two systems installed at our new build by Cold Bear, one ducted system and one split system. It is hassle free experience from the beginning to the end. They design the layout/capacity of the system to your needs, install the units to the highest standard, come back next day if you have any questions. They have Air Touch 4 installed for us so we can control all aircons at our fingertips. :)I referred them to my friend to replace the existing duct unit and my friend is also very happy and satisfied. If you want reliable and responsive aircon trades, they are highly recommended!

Amazing customer service and remarkable turn around time.I had to wait 4 weeks from other provider to deliver and install the heater. Only took Cold Bear 2 business day to get it done. I was amazed how quickly they did it.

Joshua and his team provided outstanding service to install a split air-conditioner at my house. They also provided me with many great advices about the brand selection and the spot of installation. I was very impressed to see when they entered into the house, they even took off the shoes while carrying the unit for indoor installation. This was the first time I saw such great care to a customer in Australia and it demonstrates Cold Bear Heating and Cooling company put both the quality of products and warm services to sustain the long-term customer relationship. I will not be hestiate to use them for any air-conditioner needs in the future.

Very happy with the excellent service and workmanship provided by Joshua and his team (James and Daniel) with professionalism and dedication. Joshua was not only responsive but at the same time provided the best advice to replace my old unit with minimal cost and pipe work. James and Daniel were both courteous, friendly, very efficient and fast in getting the job done with minimal fuss and leaving the place clean. Highly recommended team.

They came and fixed another companies installation that was done before I bought my house and did it right, before the air conditioning system was mounted waist height, perfect for a child to run into. Now the system is mounted above head height and out of the way on a narrow walkway. Their technicians really did a good job.

Cold Bear installed two reverse cycle units in my house – and I was extremely impressed with their service.They were very responsive with the communication, and booked the job very quickly.But the best part was how clean and tidy the installers were. They even took their shoes off before coming inside!I would definitely recommend Cold Bear for all your air conditioning needs.
