I must say, what a disappointment. I received my daughter's kindy pictures back this morning, the group shot is poor quality with children and possibly educators photoshopped into the image. It's tacky and unprofessional and I would expect more from a service I have paid for. The white balance is off in the individual photos, and honestly the only consolation is that my daughter is cute.

By far the worse customer service been months still not able to get in touch with them they did my daughters kindy photos almost 5 months ago everyone else at the kindy got there photos he clearly stuffed up didn't do my daughters and I'm still waiting the kindy has tried contacting him and no answer I'm over it just answer your phone and fix your issues or I'll be going to cbs and making a major complaint and taking this further

We got absolutely awesome photos of our kindy boy. And all the parents I've spoken to have been so happy with them. My son is STILL talking about how funny the man was. He instantly built a rapport with his magic tricks and entertainment of the kiddies so naturally they hardly noticed he was taking photos and what he captured was their genuine happy faces. The results are great and we're really happy. Thanks!

We received our child's kindy photos and instantly noticed the colour of their uniform was orange when in real life it is red. The photos are also printed on a home Epson printer which are flimsy, sticky and have a strong ink smell. We tried contacting Kidz Pics via email and phone multiple times with no response.We were disappointed to have paid for the biggest pack with the plan to print more photos from the disc to share with family, as the quality is so poor we haven't even used the disc or displayed any photos at home. The only positive is that a great smile was captured in each photo.

My son’s childcare had their photos taken “professionally” by Kidz Pics. I am extremely disappointed that I paid $40 for the pack that I got - poor photography skills, poor quality. I have no qualifications in photography nor “20+ years experience” and I can get better photos on my iPhone. One of the photos in the set of three isn’t even in focus. I highly suggest that you refrain from using words such as “professional”, “GREAT photo’s” and “quality” when there is no ounce of that in what I received.I’ve spoken to the childcare and I’ve already heard feedback that others are also extremely disappointed so it’s clearly not a one off.
