Worst experience ever. Trusted but give no info just pushed to buy. Pickup day found dashboard broken, key fob not working. When call did not receive, neither return call. unprofessional sales person AaroonNever buy car from here..NOT RECOMMENDED.

Not happy wasted my time. Ordered an outlander exceed tourer in September 22 was told it was a cancelled order in the queue for a March delivery. Received email last week that it had just been ordered but would be delayed. Called the dealer found out the salesperson had left no record of a cancelled order and the car wasn't due till October 23. Dealer did promptly refund my deposit but still wasted 5 months.

A terrible experience, from the gum chewing senior sales person to the poorly informed junior. I would not recommend this dealership - a lacklustre team who exemplify everything that used car dealers are parodied for.

Popped in a month ago looking to purchase a used car. The salesman in this section was on me as soon as I walked in, ushered us inside and hounded us from that moment. We thought we would go and look at the new cars and despite telling him that we would wander down ourselves, he escorted us down and 'introduced' us to a young sales girl who was never 2m from us the entire time.When I look at a car, I like to be left alone to inspect the vehicle, then if I have any questions, I'll come to you.Being hounded from the moment I arrived didn't make me want to spend my time or money here.I went to another car yard in the north eastern suburbs - was left alone to look at and inspect the vehicle - the salesman asked if I had any questions and told me where he was, then left us alone. I ended up with an awesome new car and a super positive experience!

We could not be happier with the services we received at North East Mitsubishi. We bought a new car as well as trading in our old one and Danny and Jason were fantastic at facilitating this. The price was very affordable and the communication by Danny throughout the process was fantastic. The price offered for our trade-in was excellent and Jason organised for the car to be collected from our home which was very helpful for a family with young children. The service team was also great, already organising our first service and booking it in ready. We strongly recommend North East Mitsubishi.

Picked it up today and couldn’t be more happy with the car and the service the team provided.Tim was professional and so willing to help with everything regarding the purchase. A truly dedicated salesman and a hard working man!Amelia was fantastic when it came to the finance and did an incredible job getting the deal sorted within a day. Gave me updates throughout the whole process and we got a brilliant deal.Can’t recommend these guys enough for their hard work! Not a very nice experience dealing with North East Mitsubishi. To me, your word should have meaning. Don't promise things Blake, if you aren't willing to follow through on them. I trust this review makes you feel how you make some of your customers feel. I would estimate their strike rate for losses would be around 1:2, which is pretty high

Good stuff. One visit and we ended up taking a new car home. Good service. Chris has been very helpful.Plenty of cars to choose from.
