(nearly) always cold. and if you ask for any sauce you have two options. 1. a teaspoon. 2. a liter. the older staff(owners?) know how to cook, if they are the only people in there, you will get very good food. But they're not often the ones who make your food, and they don't train their younger staff very well who are so bad I'm surprised they manage to tie their shoes. Especially the young lady. If the young lady is in there: DO NOT GO IN. The food WILL be cold if she gets her hands on it. And to hell with anyone who just tries their food once or twice and gives 5 stars, or people who actually do not get 5 star food and gives them 5 stars anyway. People who do that have no soul and force me to give 1 star.

Ordered a kebab off uber eats from Babas and i asked for no onions because I'm allergic, it came full of onions basically uneatable for me. Tried getting a refund from uber and they sent me back $2.20 lol, then tried calling Babas but they don't answer their phone which is so unprofessional. If you have and needs regarding food don't trust these guys because it seems like they don't care.

What a wonderful place with friendly and cheerful staff, amazing food in terms of quality and uniqueness of recipes! I love the atmosphere - no false pretences, just the comfort of home! I tasted some of the most amazing lamb and chicken dishes ever, and even if you just go with a lamb plate (always available) you would wish to return over and over again (as we do)! :) Highly recommended

Excellent food. Good service. We had our work dinner with staff. Roasted lamb, Afghani rice, lamb korma, salad, chatni. Generous quantity. Traditional Authentic taste.

Beautifully decorated and presented kebab store, clean, neat and tidy, fast and polite service. Could not pay with cash. Loved the Afghanistani flag proudly planted upon the countertop, and the beautiful artefacts from the owners home country. Some absolutely gorgeous coloured, decorated and adorned with gold decorative glassware sets available for sale, along with a few other different Afghani items. Quite busy for 4.30pm on a Thursday afternoon. Lamb Kebab with the lot $13.50. Delicious hot, toasted lavash wrap filled with fresh, tender meat, salad definitely lacking, needed sliced tomato, and a bit more than 1 small ring of onion, extremely greasy aftertaste and lips after eating. Very filling. Easy parking right outside the door, in the Pizza Hut complex, just across the road from the Mowbray Hotel.
