Platinum Taekwon-Do
I started at Platinum TKO about 9 months ago. Every class is different and you can work at your own pace. Some classes are more physical with fitness challenges and games and others give you a mental workout. I enjoy the relaxed structure and challenges of learning new movements and patterns. I also feel more confident in the area of self-defense.Sharon (mother of 3)
