SDN Linthorpe St Newtown - Children's Education & Care Centre

Absolutely love SDN Linthorpe St and would fully recommend to anyone. We had our 3 y.o in another day care centre nearby but the staff were disengaged and had high turnover so our daughter wasn't having a good time. Fortunately, we were able to get a spot at SDN Linthorpe St and we couldn't be happier. Staff were so warm and lovely and the facilities are wonderful. Luckily, our next daughter will start there shortly. Thanks to all the lovely staff at SDN for making our time there so easy and stress free.

SDN Linthorpe Street is such a special community for our two kids. The big, shady outdoor play area is a haven for our Inner West littlies. The carers are always ready with a song, a game or a cuddle and have been such important figures in helping our kids grow, learn and prepare for big school.

Awesome centre in the middle of Newtown. Educators are authentic and sincerely care about the children's well-being and learning. Also, their large outdoor area is such a benefit for all children.

I'd like to thank Sdn for settling in our beautiful little Grandson 4 days a week who has just started there. Moving house & preschool is a big thing for a 2 yr old but It is such a homely feeling there & he has really settled in quick quickly due to the beautiful staff & calmness of the centre. Watching the carers when I walked in playing footy, doing art or chatting with children warmed my heart yesterday. I also got asked for Identification etc being a grandmother (Mimmi) which I thought was great for the safety of our children. So far 10/10 keep up your beautiful work ,Thankyou SDN xxx

The amazing staff at SDN Linthorpe Street have a special place in our hearts. They are knowledgeable, caring, responsive and have a commitment to social justice. They have been a great support to our family over the years. My children have formed deep and lasting friendships with children at SDN, and have fond memories of their time there.The garden is a little oasis in the city, and has nurtured my children’s love of nature and gardening.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SDN Linthorpe St. The staff are kind, caring and compassionate. Words cannot explain how grateful we are for the care, friendships and love the staff at SDN Linthorpe St have poured into both our children.Our children adore the Educators, the education plans across all rooms is outstanding and the relationships they've each built with our children and us as parents has exceeded our expectations. We love our SDN Family.

SDN Linthorpe St was a haven for my children, the staff were a strong team that worked together for many years and it showed. My children were well cared for emotionally, physically and socially. We were lucky to find this place as many other private centres are purely business but SDN being non-for-profit meant that it was only about the children. The educators here are brilliant with many diverse minds running the ship and might I add the educators are well educated and with many years of experience. The director there has many years of experience and is approachable and will go out of her way to help and support! Love this place!

SDN Lindthorpe street has been such a wonderful constant in our lives over the past 6 years - ever since our youngest started with the center at just 4 months of age. There has been considerable stability in staff over this time and everyone at the center has always been very caring and supportive. They've played such a big role in shaping our two kids - helping them to grow, learn and become the gorgeous little beings they are today. I've always been particularly impressed by the way the staff help the kids navigate social interactions, as they learn those essential life skills of friendship and team work.
