Terrible real estate. Got told they would come and fix certain things on the property and never did, house was dirty when we moved in. Took bond and extra for cleaning that was already done. By far the worst rental I have had.

I recently purchased a property in Midland that Callaghan were the established property managing agents . Since taking over the property this company has acted poorly and unethically ensuring that handover was not conducted smoothly. From missing documents at handover, incorrect details provided to conduct a bond transfer, and forwarding outstanding rental payments to a different agent which meant the my tenant became 10 days in arrears (this is still not sorted and settlement was taken place on 23rd December 2022) it has frankly been a sh*tshow. I would have no hesitation in warning property owners to avoid using this company as their managing agent because frankly this experience has been terrible and their way of doing business is unacceptable.
