Called looking to book in for a fix on my awning, instead they called back and gave me friendly advice on how to repair my vans awning.These guys were great as there would be a slight wait to get my van in but instead helped me over the phone.Definitely will repay the favour and get van fixed there in the future if required.

Just a shout out to Epsom Palms for the help and customer service I received yesterday. I've been looking at ways to modify my jockey wheel (no need for the details of what or why here) and was referred to Epsom Palms as a possibility for a solution. I called and they had exactly what I was after. I drove over a few hours after the call and the parts were waiting for me on a table out the front. Michael and I had a long chat about all things caravan and tow vehicle. We are new to Bendigo and for my next van service, will definitely be towing it across to Epsom. Many thanks.

Michael and his team got us out of bad situation when the main cable broke on the lifting gear to our JaycoPenguin.A replacement cable was fitted.We have arranged to have a new winch and cable to be fitted in August.

Brilliant place to go for service and repairs. Our Jayco camper trailer needed a new roof winch fitted, I was shown the part and had it explained in clear language what needed to be done. The work was all carried out professionally and when we picked up the camper, it was clean and tidy. Highly recommended!
