If I could give zero stars, I would.TERRIBLE customer service.The customer service and communication from Zohi has been very poor. There has been a lack of communication from Zohi as to where my parcel is or that it has not even been picked up even though I was told last Thursday (23/09) that it would be picked up on Friday. When I use the tracking number I was given, no information appears on the Courier Please website. I sent an email on Monday to see if Zohi would be able to give me some further information as this gift is already a month late, but to then have to call, and when saying who it was and having a greeting of oh yeah" is beyond appalling. No customer should have to follow up a business every second day for a response.If there was more sincerity
