My doctor sent through the wrong script and I asked them to call my GP to have it changed. They told me they were ‘too busy’ to call my GP but they were happy to dispense the script she sent through. So apparently they don’t care if they give me the wrong drug. If you thought CWH had bad service, try 777 Belmont.

Don't bother calling this place by phone they won't answer calls and their service in store is so slow as they don't want to serve you and try to pretend they're busy!!

Extremely helpful and understanding . You get a genuine smile and welcome when you enter and seem to be quite quick in the service they deliver . This is going to be my Go To Chemist from now on .

Had my booster here. Was told if I feel unwell the next day to come in and get medical certificate. Dragged myself in there, feeling exhausted and sore and was told I wasnt sick enough for her liking. When I mentioned my headache (which I've had on and off all day) i was accused of faking it. Too late to then book into a GP so I missed out on a day's pay at my very physical job. She didn't even ask what sort of work I do. I'm a local and will never set foot in there again.

Got my free flu injection here, thanks to HBF, I did not feel a think, the girl that gave it to me was very gentle. Also purchased some things here, good prices and a really good range. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful
