Sweets are great, hence giving 2 stars.However the service was not that great.I asked for half kilo of a specific sweet which was not prepackaged and I was told I must purchase 1kg minimum.Obviously I didn’t buy any as I don’t like to waste food and only prefer to buy the amount I can eat.I went to Granville and bought half kilo instead.fortunately we have other options

Products in this sweet shop are freshly cooked. Loved their cake. Staff service is good. Must visit this sweet shop.

Sweet and cake shop located in Harris park. Pastries, ice cream and birthday celebration items are available as well. One can eat in or takeaway. Reasonable prices.

Thank you Zara, Roop, the chef and the owner who have delivered two top class cakes for our parties. The black forest cake was finger-licking good while the marble cake was just too good with the Super Mario print. Thank you Sweetland for delivering two cakes with short notice without compromising the presentation, quality and taste !! Cheers

Poor experience. First impressions count. Trying to have a conversation with the owner/manager is like having a shouting contest…absolutely no courtesy. Just because you’re one of the only sweets store of this kind doesn’t mean you can treat customers however you like.Pricing is not really affordable. All you’ll hear the owner saying is that “everything is going up”. Yet service from this store is going further down.Pricing is also misleading and anti competitive. Apparently there is a $2 surcharge if you choose items from the same category…which was supposed to be mentioned in a signboard. Where is this so called signboard?

Ordered a cake for birthday, the cake looks good but when we cut the cake and bite, it was very hard inside. Really disappointed with order and their service. Not recommend at all. They could provide better product for what they charge.

Zero rating for what we have experienced today. I went to this place to place an order for a Vanilla Sponge cake but one of the staff at the shop suggested us not to place an order as we can come anytime any day after 11.00am and the cakes are ready. I trusted what she said and picked up the cake on the day of party and paid $50.The cake looked alright but when my son cut it and had a bite he didn't like it and complained that it was hurting his throat. I tasted it and realized that it was overly sweet to the extent that it left a bad after taste. None of our guests enjoyed the cake, most just tasted the sponge. It was very embarrassing and heart breaking to see the uneaten cake on guests plates, the cake was literally inedible. It felt like someone had used too much icing sugar with little or no cream to prepare this cake. I have ordered cake from this place in the past but it was never so unpalatable.They literally ruined my kid's birthday. No parent should have to go through this bad experience. They only accept cash and sell these substandard cakes. Even a supermarket cake tastes better just in case you need a sugar hit at a fraction of the cost I paid, at least you know what you are getting. Very very angry and disappointed.Update - Contacted the shop over the phone and explained the problem, the staff talked to the owner and his reply was that they cannot do anything and doesn't care if we had this experience. According to them they have many customers who will still come and get the stuff from their place, which says a lot about their dodgy tactics and how much they care about selling the legit stuff. It is a high time Australian Government should do something about people working on cash and evading the tax unlike many others who work hard and pay the tax. This is one of the reasons why these people have this kind of attitude. Pathetic!!!AVOID THIS PLACE

Best baklava I’ve had and such lovely customer service! The baklavas were so crispy and flaky and not overly sweet. A lot cheaper than other places too. The lady was very friendly and generous and I would honestly return just because of that.

This Girls Name ZARA, she is the Sunshine to this shop. Undoubtedly cakes and pastries are amazing in this shop. However Zara's customer service makes people to come back. Thank you so much!
