Great clean buses, but unfortunately there is very poor communication between admin/reception staff. They took credit card details, and forgetting to put through deposit, twice. Had to call and follow it up, luckily I checked or I would of lost the date I had booked.Once paid remainder amount, they sent me another invoice telling me I hadn’t paid, Luckily I didn’t by cash and had proof of payment.

To Stewart Sutton, may I pass on my deep appreciation for your consideration and helpfulness yesterday. My 2 granddaughters went from Moama Bowling Club on your bus to Melbourne airport. Nothing was too much trouble to you. In fact you personally returned the 2 car seats my grandchildren needed to use on the bus at our front door upon your return. That was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Stewart, you must love your job as it shows in your work ethic. From a very grateful grandmother.
