Would like to say a great thanks to Solar Arena for great service both the office and sales reps and the installation team, Scott did an amazing job and worked in the rain and put in a very long day. We would highly recommend Solar Arena to anyone wanting to put solar in. thanks to all the team.

Solar Arena installed 2 x solar systems in November 2019 (11.1kW's). The installation was top notch. The disappointing aspect was the commissioning of the Sunny Boy inverters - they worked in terms of generation and export, but I had no Sunny Portal access. The inverters were not connected to my home WiFi - for essential monitoring and support. This was a major failing in my view. Solar Arena failed to commission the 2 x systems. I have been hassling them about this failing for the past 6 months and fair play, out of the blue I received a call from their new technician - Martin. Whilst still difficult (too difficult in my view - when compared to Apple and Samsung products) to get the connection (a 10 day process), we got there in the end. I now have both systems recognised by the Sunny Portal. Martin was brilliant. He was very helpful and followed up regularly. He was only too happy to come to the house to resolve my issues. Always available via phone and e-mail. Solar Arena have stepped up and recruited a much needed technical resource. Good on them. There was a gap in their expertise, and it has been filled. I trust this will help with future installs. Whilst the Sunny inverters are a top notch German engineered product, they could do a lot more in terms of making their user/installer interface much better. Finally - I can see and monitor my generation - which makes me happy.

Very happy with all the service made to feel like a valued customer definitely recommend using these guys.

Thanks to Corry and Liz for coming and helping me with the paperwork, and the sweet talking guy at the other end of the line who offered me this deal in the first place. I would normally have hung up, but he was incredibly convincing.

AMAZING Solar company!!!! Jon was excellent at answering our questions (and we had alot of them!!). Drazen was excellent at the installation. They installed within ONE day of us signing our contracts!! They were so courteous and tidy as well during the installation. Mandy was great for all our admin needs. Overall, wonderful service. Highly recommend for any solar needs!!

Just thought I'd put a few words down regarding our newly installed solar panels. I've been putting the task off for years, but last week got the job done. It didn't take too much research to discover that Solar Arena was the right company to approach. We were impressed with all members of their team - the sales representative who gave comprehensive details of the information I required, the two workers who got the job done - neatly, and their follow-up person who assisted with downloading the app. on my phone so as to keep track of the daily kw upload. A good team job. If you are thinking that it may be time to install solar panels, then I suggest that you think of Solar Arena.

Loved the pre installer coordinator - Liz, coming over before installation and answering some questions we had and then giving us great news on a incentive that we will receive via a referral programme. Thank you very much Liz. We now look forward to our installation.
