Had a lovely experience here this morning. I was fit in right away for a mani/pedi walk in, the manicurist was attentive and was sure to ask me if I liked my nails as she went. Very quick, excellent job on the nails and good price!

The place waa busy so they put in hold for an hour and more and when my turn came, i showed them the deaign i wanted which was simple as it only had lines and hearts ar firat they said they can do it but when it came time for doing designs she started to tell me to pick a simple one as the store is busy and started to argue with me. Later she drew some hearts on which didn’t even look like hearts so when i asked them to remove them she got mad and started to tell me that she recommended to do simple design since the first.Never go there. The worst.

I has SNS done today. On the final buffing I was hurt by the tool. The lady got really angry and became really rude when I pulled my hand away. Unapologetic and muttering to herself and the person next to her. She was in a bad mood with me and didn’t do the other hand properly. I’ve been going all year but I won’t be back.

Horrible experience! The lady who did my nails was extremely rude, and had such a bad tone with me. They don't know how to talk to customers. I am definitely never going back to this place. I would have given a zero rating if there was an option.

I've been a nail biter all my life and it makes me very self conscious. I've never been to a nail salon because of it as well, but recently I got engaged and my partner offered to get my nails done to show off the ring so I went to this salon very nervous and awkward. The staff were extremely accommodating and so lovely to me! They asked what I wanted and gave me an explanation on the best shape and size for my nails. They look great!! I'm so happy and thank you to the staff for helping me through something that was very scary for me.

Worst shellac ever. It’s very uneven and the technician paid more attention to her phone than on my nails. Never again.
