Van Dam Dry Cleaners

Place looks shabby and dirty. The bell went off when I walked in so I waited, after 2 mins I called out, waited, triggered the bell again, waited - in total 3 times, stayed for over 5 mins waiting for a staff member to come to the desk - no one came. Security is non existent with dry cleaning hanging ready for collection that anyone can take, tags on it with people name etc. Would never use this place

Perfect every time. I searched high and low for a reliable dry cleaner for years. I'm amazed the best one is just down the road from me.Always remembers me, my partner and my dog. Flawless service and always super friendly and happy to help.You'd be nuts to go anywhere else!

Great dry cleaners, always on time and prompt with competitive prices!

They don't care about their customers at all. Their machines and products are very out dated and their customer service is horrible. They dry cleaned one of my suits last month and completely butchered it. They didn't even remove all the stains and it came back to me with horrible creases all over it. I suggested they re-do it for free, as it came out worse then when it came in and one of the staff raised their voice at me in Vietnamese, the other told me to leave.I should of guessed this kind of thing would happen after seeing the way they store customers precious wedding dresses and suits at the back of the store. It's disgusting. Avoid them like the plague. There are lots of better dry cleaners around the area that know what they are doing.

We just wanna say a very big thank you for cleaning up all the cushions that we needed here at work. We will be coming back - Costco Warehouse Auburn

They damaged my expensive jumper and did not even care to tell us when we went to pick up instead without tell us they stitched damages at three places on sweater. I cannot wear it at work or anywhere. When we confronted them, the owner became very rude but at the end refunded only the service fees applied to dry clean. When we asked to pay the damages, he refused and asked us to go to fair trading. The case has now been lodged in tribunal against them.

Well overcharged.Better clean at home instead dumping money into this business.Cannot find below 1 star on Google so had no choice but to give 1 star! Not even worth that.SAVE YOURSELF.
