Had Taki Pastry Lab supply sweets at our wedding for an extra dessert! They tasted and looked amazing! Taki delivered them for us as well and gave great guidance as to what to order and how many! Couldn’t recommend his sweets and service enough!!

Chose the galatobouriko from Taki for my friends bridal shower. Truly amazing. Delivered on time. There were lots of cakes on the day but the galatobouriko was the first to go. Everyone loved it! Baked to perfection. Not too much syrup. Simply perfect all round. Thank you.

How fortunate Melbourne's Greek diaspora and foodie community are to have an artisan sweet chef like Akis in our midst.Authentic Trigona (lightly siruped fillo pockets filled with delicious creme pattisiere) you could only ever find in Thessaloniki. The moistest Portokalopita, and beautifully balanced Melomakarona.If you see his van stopped outside, you need to go in and beg, borrow or steal some of these delicious creations.

The only place to get authentic Greek desserts! We absolutely love the Trigona. They are crunchy, with luxurious cream and amazing taste. 100% recommend!!
