Went to buy some pork, and wanted the slab of belly pork cut into smaller 3cm strips. The butcher there totally ignored my requests and simply cut it up into 4-5cm strips.

Racist and rude, staff working there ignore you also with the plastic bags that don't go under the new plastic bag law, they are charging money for it (the very thin plastic bags with no handles used to fresh vegetables). Staff there makes you feel that you owe money to them. When you ask them a question they tend to be ignorant. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE, if you're looking for a asian supermarket, there are way better choices in Springvale (eg. KFL)

So open spaces to walk around the shop. Lots of choices of products. Outside there a reasonable parking area up to three hours limits, but sometimes hard to get a park.

Popped in to Nan Yang this afternoon for a few items and was absolutely disgusted when the cashier who was standing at the register was flossing her teeth!! As I approached she put the floss on the side of the register, touched all of my items and processed my payment, then picked the floss back up and continued to floss. How absolutely revolting!! And very dangerous during the current pandemic!! I was horrified

Very helpful staff and good range of food. Caters well for large quantities of herbs and spices and is well priced. Offers woks, pots, pans and other cooking utensils at good prices too. Recommended.
