Wouldn't recommend this system.Hard to get help with customer service.Issues arise every time they do an update

TERRIBLE. Waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone - only for it to auto hang up. Constantly have issues with this system - so many bugs that has cost our company money. Really do not recommend this company. It is one of the worst systems I have used and its costing us more in time to fix the issues than it is worth having this system.

Software is good, but once you're signed up, if you need support or to speak to someone, you have a better chance if winning the lottery. Communication is abysmal

NEVER EVER will I be using Perfect Gym or recommending them! As a business owner, their debit service through Payrix is meant to alleviate the back office workload, instead they have not debited weeks and weeks of membership fees and still allowed bookings which resulted in thousands not being recuperated. Even after advising both them and Payrix, (the so called tech glitch) their error was not rectified nor had either party taken responsibility. Members weren’t notified of the arrears either until WE noticed. Currently leaving our business out of pocket!I would never recommend! I am replacing them with another provider immediately.

Don't pick this company for your business. Absolute rip off. Tons of issues that are handled extremely slowly. Most of the times they don't answer the phone. When they do, they don't know how to fix the issues.
