In the morning peak hour, the driveway service provided was very fast. The coffee made was so good. Normally I order coffee with extra hot, but most of McDees don't provide extra hot. but this store has given me exactly what i asked for. I am really happy about the staff for the service they provided quickly on time. Good on ya!

Disgusting, always order from here always missing food that’s paid for, no number to call. Thanks for a soggy breakfast and not enough to share with visitors that have come up from SA and FNQ. It’s disappointing that you pay nearly $7 for one bacon and egg and 2 didn’t come out of the 5 that’s was ordered so now I’m out $14 and two people missed out. Would not recommend soggy oily food and a store that doesn’t no how to count.

We get told to wait in the parking bay for drive through, I did see my mcflurrys had been made.. We wait maybe 4 or 5 minutes for the large tea to be made wrong and the toastie to made also wrong... And got melted mcflurrys..I'd say unreal but mcdonalds have a high tolerance for failed staff ability.

All the staff were very young with seemingly no adult supervision. Chips were cold and cooked in old oil, had to ask for them to be changed new pack were warmer but still old. The floor behind the counter was filthy, spills that could easily have caused an accident and food all over the place, nuggets in particular also other foods, one of the staff simply kicked 2 nuggets to the side and kept walking even though there was a dustpan and brush right next to her. The staff there really need better training or replacing. Very bad.

Specifically asked for BBQ sauce on two occasions, one of which i paid for the sauce, and did not receive it. Absolute blasphemy. not to mention the occasion where the double choc muffins were not available. Shame on you Mc Donalds, do better.

Best customer service but that’s where it ends! Chips were cold and rock hard to the point you couldn’t eat them. My chicken burger was raw and had a funny smell. Worst MacDonalds for food I have ever eaten.

McFeast had no tomato. Fries were served still raw (no exaggeration). Filet burger bread was fridge cold. Muffin was microwaved (not requested) until rock hard and tasted like burned plastic. I started thinking that I might be on a hidden camera reality show, but alas, they are just really, really incompetent.

Went for breakfast at this maccas and wish I hadn't. Started with the kiosk when Ordering, machine errored when trying to pay and then said to pay at counter but had no paper to do. Went to counter and had to reorder. Girl got the order wrong and the juice was off. Toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days.. Will never go back to this store.

It was very well and accommodating, receipts available from the kiosk as lacking in another branche, Icecream was really good, more importantly kids enjoys playing in all McDonald's branch and this was not different.

I waited over an hour just for them to realise my order was not on there system, the only reason i didnt give 1 star is because the staff was rather considerate. go somewhere else if u want to eat food.
