Waste of time. I called and was told they had the paint I needed then after travelling for 1 hr was told by the staff that they never had that type of paint. That’s why I called before I drove there. Go to Dulux. Far better paint shop

Horrible & rude staff (may be not all), zero customer service.After recommendations, we decided to visit the store in Hoppers Crossing.I have visited the store on Saturday. Actually, I tried to visit to get some advice and pricing.After a few steps, a lady walked towards us and rudely '' we are closed''.I tried to ask, can I get a price for some products online or by email. She didn't let me finish my words and again'' we are closed. Come back on Monday''. I tried to ask again, but she didn't even let me talk. She said, we are closed. Technically, I had a few minutes to close time (12:57). I was speechless.I could only say OK and we left the store. My son asked me she is so mean, what is wrong with her.I was planning to paint whole my house + fences. Now I am going to use the other brand. They are a little bit expensive but their customer service is great. They don't treat you like Haymes.I will never ever visit that store again and use their products.

Dealt with Anthony this morning at the store. Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable. The wife and I appreciated the customer service.

I needed some touch up paint for the tint used by the builders on my house previously. The lady there was super helpful and made me a sample pot promptly with some great advice on how to go about it. Excellent customer service!

Just want to say big thank you to this amazing shop with great people!I had very old paint can (almost 10yrs ) and needed the same shade to refresh walls and they were able to get me the perfect paint.Later I chose very poorly the new colour for another project and the lady who tried to fix it for me made the absolute perfect shade which I wanted on the first place.And the same day we decided to add also some texture to the walls so I went back and got another great advice, product and price!Great shopping experience and very nice employees!Thank you!
