Staff are always helpful. I was leaning towards not getting our capsule professionally installed but decided to in the end. The installer did an amazing job and the education piece was well worth it. Definitely worth doing for the low price, if not just to see how a professional does it.

Really good store best thing cairns and new mothers can have. Everything in one place for new parents a must visit. Wide range of prams and cots at a very reasonable price.

Had car seat installed today by Megan and she is awesome. All the staff in the store are just lovely people too!

Customer service is amazing!

Went to go shopping for my little ones first birthday yesterday. Only to be followed and constantly watched in every aisle. Me and my sister being visibly Indigenous were racially targeted. None of the other customers were treated this way. Cashier was patronizing and sarcastically offered fake friendliness. Checked our trolley a number of times only to then check it again. Very disappointing and I hope you have some much needed cultural awareness training and some basic respect as you all need it. Not even worth a one star and will not be coming here again...
