I had a great service ever in Toyota Service Chatswood.It was the major car service the other day, and everything went well until I got a call from Paul, the mechanic, said there was an unfortunate accident happened, and one of the front indicators was damaged. It was Friday, and I had to wait for the car until next Monday. I got the call from Paul that said my car was repaired and ready to go without charging me any fee!Through the process, Paul had been very professional, and made me less anxious and worried.Despite the fact that the incident was an unfortunate one, I feel I have been fairly treated as a customer.For this, I would like to give Toyota Service Chatswood five stars.

Service standards have gone up. Amazed to see the advisors are supportive and kind. Always try to help you with right information.Car was properly cleaned and serviced. Pls keep up the good work.

We just done the service today.After 4 hours they did the service, we picked up our car then we find out they didn’t wash the car(which is they said car wash is including in the general service)the friendly staff said they can wash it now just give them 15 minutes, 30 minutes later I get the car back, but they didn’t clean it well.I did the same service in Lidcombe Toyota they did it very well.I know the car service is not only for the outside the inside is more important,But outside is the first image, if they can not even do the outside well, how can I feel they do the inside well?I have to say it’s not a good experience for me.And I booked for $199 general service (including car wash) but in the end, he charge me more than 400!!!! It is crazy!How can they charge the price without asking us??????I only use the guest's lounge for 30 mins, it's pretty good for rest, and have coffee and food,they also have the bus service can use, but I didn’t know before we go there, we might use it next time (if we still want back to ...)

Unfailingly pleasant and helpful reception and service staff.I strongly recommend this facility and their service.Incidental, they serve great free slices of banana cake and blueberry cake!

Great centre, has multiple usb hot plugs, a coffee machine, and a pancake maker. Its also very spacious and clean. Happy with their results and dedicated customer service staff.

The Worst Customer Service at Chatswood Toyota - I would give Chatswood Toyota Service Centre a rating of ZERO stars if I could. My experience there was nothing short of disastrous. Despite there being four staff members present, none of them bothered to assist me. I had to figure out how to get through the automatic door on my own. To add insult to injury, I was then rudely warned by one of the staff members that I was not allowed to enter the workshop area.The lack of guidance and the staff's contemptuous and negligent attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated, especially not from a well-known brand like Toyota. The staff's utter disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and demands immediate attention.I would never recommend this service center to anyone. If you value good customer service, then avoid Chatswood Toyota Service Centre at all costs. Toyota needs to take a long hard look at the customer service standards at this location and make the necessary improvements to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Placed an order for some parts over the phone, friendly staff, offered me a discount without me asking when I went in to pick them up. The service centre’s waiting area is huge and free pancakes!! I think one of the best Toyota servicing place in the country.

What I like:1. Great service, the staff are polite & professional.2. You can ask for an optional free vehicle wash.3. The waiting room is spacious, modern, and comfortable. It has free self serve professional quality coffee maker and biscuits, newspaper, usb sockets for smartphones, a big TV, and toilets.
