Very clean and nice decorated Hungry Jacks. Ordered a hash brown. Service was friendly and fast. Very bright with lights and windows and furniture is modern.

Walked up to the counter and no one was there after a couple minutes of waiting, fine, I’ll use the self serve kiosk.The food took 15 minutes. And we were the only people there.Another family came in while we were waiting and after not being served after 5 minutes, asked how long we were waiting for our food. They promptly left after we mention it was over 10mins at that point.One of the young female staff was on her mobile the entire time while preparing the food, and couldn’t have the decency to put it away while handing our food over.Very poor experience.I hate McDonald’s, but I’ll be going to the McDonald’s across the road next time I pass through town. That’s how bad it was.

Please make sure your staff can do there job properly. We had a few problems with our order. The order was incorrect on the receipt , the girl at the counter Did not repeat the order back and to seem to have no clue to what she was doing, we only realised when we got home that the order was put through wrong and didn’t wanna make a fus . The chicken burger had a small piece of tomato on it and a thin piece of chicken that was dry. To top it of there was a short black hair in the bottom of the fries

Obviously these guys don't take private complaints seriously. Dining Room was dirty and slightly smelly too (liquid leaking out of the bin). Food took 15 minutes to prepare 1 meal. No sense of urgency from the employees to get the orders. Only positive from the experience was the food was mostly hot. Get your act together guys. Wasn't even all that busy.

Bought two burgers and wanted to try out the new slushie with bursties. The burgers were pretty bog standard HJ quality, much nicer than maccas. But the problem I had was with the slushie. The first problem was they gave me almost 1/3 of the cup full of bursties but only filled the cup about 2/3 line with the slush, which meant there was actually more bursties than actual slush in the cup. The second problem was they gave me a paper straw that had a hole too small for the burties to fit through. Third problem was that the paper straw just turned into paper mache within the first few minutes of sucking on the burties with no avail, resorting to using the straw as scoop since it was impossible to drink the slush now that the straw had lost its form .

Most useless fast food place in town. Waited half an hour in drive through and order was still completely wrong and stone cold. Need to hire somebody who isn’t 14 and maybe their business would be better.

Good for a pit stop along the way. The food took a while, but at least it was fresh. One of the toilets was closed at the time so there was a queue for the unisex toilet. The indoor playground is extremely small, but good enough for the kids to stretch & have a quick play.

Cold food, half order was missing, had to walk back 3km from the hospital to get my meal. Just disgusting sub humanism. It's not hard to serve fast food yet still you struggle? This is the last time I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Fool me once as they say...I am going to be publicly NAMING & SHAMING THE INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES NOW.
