Very angry went for a simple wash and blow dry the lady asked do i want serum I said yes on my ends she sprayed on the top of my hair my looked greasy and wet even my forehead was greasyWaste of money went home and washed it again asked the lady the who happily took my money what did she spray in my hair its greasy and was replied with WHAT" and told me how much to payWhat's worse I stood up and my hair and clothes and wallet and hands are DAMAGED with hair dye that I sat onTotally disregard of what I had to sayVery upset"

rude, bad customer service, favouritism (appointments or walk ins mean nothing unless they like you already) bad haircut (so bad i immediately went to another salon to get it fixed!). will never be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE. Burnt my skin and permanently scarred my neck by leaving bleach on for too long and then used hair straightener and hairdryer on high. By the time they were done, my head was on fire. Not to mention they overcharged, staff are loud, obnoxious and don’t pay attention to their work while gossiping. When they apologised, I thought it was just a one-off but they proved me wrong. They just want to get you in the door by being nice.

Such a great and welcoming hair salon, along with lovely staff who are always fitting me in even without an appointment! They also do a great job at blow drying my hair when ever I pop in! Love this salon

WORST HAIRCUT. I have long straight hair and needed to get a quick simple trim - straight across at back, trim front layers. I phoned in advance and was quoted $35. When I arrived I met with a larger build, older lady who unfortunately cut my hair. She told me it would be $45 and when I told her it I was already quoted $35 she reluctantly agreed and proceeded to HACK into my hair. The hair cut took literally less than 5 minutes before she undid my cape and said I was done. Not once did she check if it was even. I asked her what about the front and she told me she could do it but it will cost me an extra $5! I paid the extra $5 and left only to realise my hair was completely uneven. One side was horrifyingly, noticeably longer than the other. I went back and she took about 30 seconds to fix it and apologised. Now I’ve had a proper chance to inspect the hair cut closely I notice how terrible it really is. Never again.
