Community Therapy
Jacinta is the O.T. who was allocated to me. She has been amazing. All support and equipment supplied has aided my limited mobility. Always very professional, constantly updating me on equipment status. Jacinta has gone above and beyond in organising paperwork assessments to submit to NDIS on my behalf. Would highly recommend.

Community Therapy
My elderly father required some assistance after becoming wheelchair bound in late 2017. Scott has always treated my father with dignity and respect and has been able to create a friendly yet professional raporè. I would highly recommend this service, they are reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Scott & Sophie looked after my ‘at home’ physio sessions following my total knee replacement. They were very flexible in arranging appointments to suit me and were very supportive and encouraging. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My experience receiving physiotherapy at home through Community Therapy has been great. Scott was very professional at all levels, his experience and enthusiasm in this field were evident. His excellent communication skills were on display, from making appointments, checking on my progress and addressing any questions and concerns I had. I would have no hesitation in using the services of Community Therapy again and would happily recommend this service to others.

Very supportive, caring and professional. Dean and Sophie so far have provided quality service and they are awesome people. Physio at home keeps me motivated and on track with my recovery. Highly recommend.

My husband used a number of the services available. He was not able to get out so having services come to him was great. This made life so much easier for us and we were happy with all the friendly knowledgeable people that we used.

The staff and especially Issy are very caring, polite, professional and dedicated. The remedial massage I receive always makes an improvement.The communication keeping me informed with appt times are accurate and punctual, which is worked in to suit my needs.Well done Community Therapy.

Originally rang in Oct 22, was told $137 +gst. Would take approx 2hrs. Put through triange form in Nov to hurry along. Charged $452.10 + $25.62 + $226.05. Assessment completed but never received until jun 23, after contacting aged care quality and safety commission .We have now done ,most of the work ourselves. Would never do it again without a written or emailed quote and timeframe to receive assessment or go with someone else and pay privately.

Community Therapy
Community Therapy has provided a very professional service to my mother, aged 88. The attention, respect and just nice quality care has been excellent by their nominated physiotherapist, Stephanie. The service has been of great comfort to our mother and us as a family, thank you so much for your service, we hope we can continue with this treatment for sometime.
