It's always nice when you come across a service that is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. We had a last minute carpet clean we needed done on a property we were vacating and Cleaner Choice were very flexible and did a great job on the steam cleaning of our carpets. They look better now than they did when we first moved into the property. Thanks very much, highly recommended.

Unreliable and very unprofessional. This letter was left in my post box. But when I call they refused to do it for advertised discounted price. This bad review is for leaving misleading information for customers.This is for the reply given ;Yes, the call was to inquire about the cost for 2 bedroom and it was more expensive than your offer. The whole 12 apartments on 1366 Dandenong road were with 2 bedrooms. And if your so called offer is for 3Bed rooms why did you leave unnecessary non-relevant junk stuff in mail boxes. Just accept that your service is bad and your customer services is worst than useless.

Fantastic work done, had many stains on the carpet, Cleaner Choice were able to remove them for me, removed lots of dirt, there was a lot of stuff in the carpets we had no idea how much was in there. Thanks very much.
