Richard did a great job he was on time and the price was good will get him again not sure what is going on can’t get in contact with Richard he never answers his phone or messages not good so I haven’t been able to get in touch with him

Sadly this company did not provide a very good service or have acceptable communication.I Was looking for someone to permanently do my lawns. Despite the quote including edges and any weeds or runners in concrete removed, they did not do this. Wasn't even edged. If they did it was only the odd bit of paspallam near the edge pulled po ut by hand. Proper nest sharp edging was not done and there was grass all over the concrete left for me to sweep (currently have an Inury so not possible to do that much sweeping)Numerous people saw the job and said they wouldn't have paid for it, but I'm quite trusting and paid up front. My mistake.I didn't bring this to his attention as I decided I would see how the next few appointments went (I prefer to give people a chance).Was booked in for 3w time and by then they needed doing. He just didnt turn up for next appointment and beleive he took a bigger better paying job instead.Ignored call methods of contact.Not very good service at all to leave customers in the lurch like that. Just as he would expect notice of any change from the customer, the right thing to do would be to phone and speak to the client. Not just ignore their calls/messages and leave them to find someone else to complete the Job at short notice.I'd think twice if you want someone reliable and professional.I'd also think twice if you take pride in your lawn and want a neat job.I'm sure he will be ok for an empty block that just needs grass cut lower to adhere to Council Standards or for someone who doesnt care about weeds or edges, but if you actually want your yard to look nice I would perhaps consider a different company. I will say this was a little while ago now and perhaps service has improved since then. My review is given honestly based on my experience at the time.ETA: IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY RESONSE BELOW...Thats correct that you may not know who I am but I guarantee I have the correct company. I dont leave reviews lightly especially not ones that are 1-3 stars. I made sure it was correct and I checked company name and phone number and matched it to my messages /calls with you and it is an exact match. Your first name matches also. So I'm sure it is correct. Goggle search of your number (from my message/call log brings up your company details on Google aswell)As single mum I'm not going to be careless and give out any information online that could jeopardize our safety. I am even more safe when leaving an honest review that may make someone unhappy. So of course you wouldn't be able to work out who it was. (You were aware of not showing up at the time and your attitude meant I wasnt going to bother bringing the less than adequate work you did to your attention). For safety I May have given you a false 1st or 2nd name or both when i initially contacted you & you came to my home to do the job. I could have used a different name here with this review, or just part of a different name. I have been quite generous with my review & dulled down my opinion of our interaction. I don't want to have any contact with you again but just wanted to post an honest review about MY experience. This isnt your opinion nor someone elses. This is MY view of how your service and communication was. It may be much improved now!It may be that others don't have that same experience and that would be great. But it sadly was mine & I'm entitle to express that view. That is why reviews exist. People wont likely turn away from a business becuase of 1 less than ideal review. But if others end up being added from other customers, they might. And that's why reviews are so important. Not becuase of one review.... but to warn others if it ends up being a pattern of the same mediocre service. Hopefully it isn't a pattern and I was just an unfortunate one off. :)I have made contact with Google for this review to remain as it is mine and it is honest. It was not a personal attack on your character. It's just just how I think the job turned out/was completed, quality, and communication etc.
