Nissan motors was extremely helpful in sorting out my second car keys, ,the receptionist was very lovely and professional. Jimmy was extremely lovely and helpful he sorted out my car key lock as well and its all working now , he also did a transmission check . Great service !

Looked into buying a MV from this dealership (in Tasmania) with delivery to Melbourne, Victoria. Dealt with Jack & Jarrad who were excellent and nothing too much trouble.Very competitive pricing and prompt responses to my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys. Did not go through with purchase but wanted to let the public know that good mob to deal with and interstate a viable option in buying. Thanks again for your time & assistance.

I've given 5 stars because I am happy with the outcome. However I was not pleased to be made to wait 15-20 mins whilst my current car was assessed. I expected this to be carried out during the time I was out with test drive. Very annoying and unnecessary.

I recently purchased a new Nissan Qashqai. The sales process was very smooth and Jim the Salesman was excellent to deal with. All of the people we dealt with from Sales to the Service Department were happy, friendly and very informative. Emily at the Hyundai Sales was very friendly whilst we test drove the Hyundai and then afterwards when we advised her that we had decided to purchase the Nissan. This vehicle is the 4th new Nissan I have purchased over the last 20 years and I look forward to dealing with Motors Nissan for many years into the future.

Sales person could not even be bothered getting up out of their seat . Had to look up a brochure when I asked about suspension and brakes on a Navara .
