Very professional, courteous and honest. From start to finish the CCTV installation was done in excellent way. Imran is not a pushy salesman at all and very knowledgeable about all the security systems be it door intercoms, security alarms or CCTV cameras. Got security alarm Bosch 6000 and Hikvision Colorvu security cameras through proconnect. Able to remotely view, arm and disarm our home which is very handy. They took their time to teach us how to use the system as well. Very happy with the products and their service

I got my CCTV cameras done through ProConnect in April. Imran got back to me promptly and did an excellent job along with Tariq with installing 3 CCTV camera and NVR system. They professionally scanned my house and gave me good advice as to where I should put the cameras and were I did not need any, even though I asked them if I should! I would 100% recommend these guys and would not hesitate to contact them about all the stupid questions I might have. Also, the best part is they are based in Adelaide so having local guys to look after your CCTV solutions is even better.

Tariq was on time and Sidra was pro active with communication. Tariq suggested correct place for camera to be mounted and was very professional, knowledgeable and amiable.Very reasonably priced.Overall great experience with competitive pricing and highly recommended.

Imran installed our cameras and alarm systems a while ago. Camera quality and connection have been amazing. Recently had some small connection issue, our area has blackouts not long ago and Imran was very friendly and professionally when we reached out to ask for help and walked us through a very simple reset. Highly recommended!
