I called for towing but they strictly wanted to text. Their reply is very slow and offered us to fix our car. I preferred going to service shop and he quoted us $200 for 7km distance which is 15 minutes drive. No peak time and he is not professional and had a terrible experience.

Called Tommy on a sunday night 1am, Answered straight away and came within 15 mins to the accident scene. Made sure everyone was okay, explained what was going on . Whole process took about 15 mins but the customer service at such a stressful time was amazing.You just cant find these sort of old school customer service now a days.Thank you.

Very rude customer service, I called for tow but they say text only don’t event want to talk with u and then no reply until next day!
