John and Leah were fantastic. I had to change the plans so many times for my pool fence and both Leah and John were very patient. The pool deck was complex and there were so many different sized glass panels etc but the order was completed and shipped to NSW very quickly. Everything was perfect. Great people to deal with. Aaromat installed a balustrade around my deck some 5 years ago with the previous owners of the company, done a wonderful quality job. However, I was having an issue with one join cap 5 years later. I spoke to the new owners and was pleasantly surprised when they said they would rectify it. Anyway, they came and rectified the issue. The quick response and service was beyond my expectation. Shane and the crew were excellent to deal with. Nothing was a problem that they couldn't fix or weren't prepared to sort for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The fence looks amazing and just what we wanted. The install crew we very polite and very tidy making sure they cleaned up as they went. This was the best experience of any trades we have had at our place whist building and finishing the project. As they say leave the best till last. This is how it was for us. Thanks guys.

Aaromat designed, fabricated and installed a beautiful sliding vehicle gate for our new home, as well as two hinged gates and another fixed panel. The measurements were taken precisely by Shane and the gates fitted perfectly on the first installation date. The installers were efficient and thorough and nothing was too much trouble for Aaromat during the whole process. Aaromat's pricing wasn't cheap" and neither was the product. They offer a high quality product at an affordable price. I have already recommended Aaromat to friends."

We contacted the Aaromat Group to get a quote for new pool fencing. Once we had agreed the quote the new fencing was delivered within 4 weeks. We had a problem with some of the panels not lining up correctly so contacted the project manager assigned to us. He came out the same day and re-ordered the panels, which were remade, delivered and fitted within 2 weeks. Very impressed with the quality of the fencing and the service provided by Steve Eagle, our project manager. Even though there was a minor problem with some of the panels I would still highly recommend this company as the manner and speed with which our complaint was dealt with was excellent and the finished product looks superb.
