Would give zero stars if I could. Very poor experience at H&R block Forest Hill especially Cristina. My tax return was completed only on the last day after multiple phone calls and emails. I had submitted all documents in September. Apparently, they “missed” it. However, nothing was done until mid-May and that too only after I had to call them repeatedly. They don’t even respond to emails. Would NOT recommend Cristina to anyone. The tax return was ultimately completed by someone else. Can’t recollect the name. They also don’t really seem to know all tax rules which is shocking considering they are in this business.

Gita has been doing my tax returns for several years and I can highly recommend her. I have now moved out of the area however I will be travelling up to Melbourne at tax time.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my tax return.... tried to call them and got a reply (through terrible reception on there end) that its going to take another 2 weeks. This is absolutely hopeless and I needed my notice of assessment 2 weeks ago. Go anywhere else but H(opeless)&R(egretful) Block to do your tax!!!!!

The Forest Hill (Vic) branch of H R Block make tax time so easy. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They adapted to the Covid lockdown really well, providing an on-line portal and phone consultations.
