Rang the shop in March about a lawn mower repair he stated he was far to busy and to call back in 3 weeks. Asked about a pick up. Couldn't pick it up, his ute was off the road. He suggested I drop it off. Don't have the transport. I am an elderly female almost 70. The previous owner was wonderful.

Just wanted to say what a great guy Luke is to do business with. We picked up our mower today after Luke had repaired it. He was very fast with his repairs he is a charming individual and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Luke ...if your mower or garden equipment needs fixing take it to Luke you will not be disappointed

I left my Stihl pole trimmer HLA 65 at this store on March 29, 2022, and paid $25. After 4 weeks I was notified I could pick it up.I was told it was ‘probably the motor’, but no specific details of what was wrong with it.I was charged another $20 fee to take it home. He offered me a new trimmer.I did not want to buy a new trimmer at the time because I felt this dealer is dishonest and does not care about customers.I would give no stars if I could.(Happy to say I deal with Hoppings at Rydalmere now.. they are amazing)

Friendly service, bought a new FS38 they filled it up with petrol tested it & all worked fine. If you purchase Stihl’s two stroke oil they will give you 2 extra years warranty.

Great customer service! I rang before, spoke to Luke who was very friendly and I asked if they stock the blower we wanted and if they’d do any discount as the blower is $1200 RRP! He said we’d help you out which they did (while the other shop couldn’t even care less when I rang)! At the shop I met Michael who was equally friendly, genuine and allowed me to video him while he was demonstrating to me how to use the blower so I could show it to my husband. Really nice guy and what an impress. We’ll be back for sure.
