Hands down the best Real Estate we've ever dealt with!! Quick responses, great care, utmost respect and top shelf professionalism have been the standard ever since we moved into our place in Broadbeach and it has remained that way the entire time. Leaving our amazing house is sad even though we're moving onto bigger things and the next chapter, but leaving our real estate was tough as well. The next agents have big shoes to fill!! The BEST! Real estate I have ever had the pleasure of renting through! Laura and Jamie have made My families relocation to a new state and city an absolute dream! Between working late for hand over and promptly answering any enquires even after hours they have been outstanding. Any and all requests are answered and addressed the very next day! Never in all my years of renting have I had a more supportive or communicative real estate agent than Laura. She was always incredibly friendly, accessible and responsive to any questions or issues we experience during our time at the property.The thought of writing a review for a real estate agency would have been utterly foreign to me prior to our most recent rental experience, but Laura went so far above and beyond for us that singing her praises is the least I can do.

What an absolute disgrace this real estate is. when me and my partner left our rental apartment they didn’t record damages to the property (at the start of the agreement)- tried to get us for previously damaged property (lucky we took many many photos) and even told us to come back to the apartment to clean a tiny piece of string from a towel. ( just to add to your stress of moving ) Only competent person at this real estate is Jamie - definitely will never go with this real estate again
