RN Alanna in Hobart instantly made me feel relaxed and that I was in great hands. She had a vast amount of knowledge to share and talked me through the whole process as well as the after care.Could not recommend her enough.

I attended the clinic due to an impacted ear canal. I had been reading that the traditional flushing of the ear (which I had done previously) can lead to issues with the eardrum. I was greeted warmly at reception and my nurse, Gloria, was extremely welcoming and professional. Each step was fully explained before it was done. Gloria continually checked with me as to my comfort level with the procedure in both ears. There was no pain and the sound of the suction process was very tolerable. My experience was exceptional! I would encourage anyone considering a change from the traditional ear wax removal method to give Earworx a try. Furthermore, you only pay the once (if a follow up is required) and, if there’s no wax, there is no charge. That’s a very client friendly business plan!

Couldn't say enough about Kate at Earworx-Croydon. I came in with about 10% hearing through a build up of wax, inflammation, and my own fault - the dreaded earbud. She did an outstanding job cleaning out my ears all the time explaining the process and making me feel at ease. I thought about it all afterwards. This being one of the only times I can remember where you walk in for a medical procedure and walk out completely changed with my hearing back and feeling 150% better just after 30 minutes. Thanks for the service you provide.

Excellent facility - and Alanna - very professional - and skilled... and patient. Not all work could be done Day 1 - so continued again a few days later... and have no hesitation in recommending both the company - and Alanna - thanks Tony...

Fantastic service today at Hobart office & Alanna was lovely! I now have full hearing again in my right ear & no ringing thus far! No more cotton buds or pushing in earplugs too far by me!

I have had a big wax plug in my right ear for 2 weeks and nothing would budge it. I am SO impressed with the service at Earworx... they cleared out my ear in a matter of minutes, friendly staff and I would definitely recommend them if ever you have a build up of wax in your ear/s.
