Having had mixed experiences with other physios I'm VERY grateful to have a friend recommend Amy to myself as she is a very hands-on physio who takes the time to explain herself and provide exercises that helped me in my Achilles injury recovery. Amy is a fantastic listener and is highly accessible.Updated (additional) review in January 2023: I’d really like to thank and acknowledge Amy again for correctly diagnosing my (left) frozen shoulder in just ONE session; this was months after I first started experiencing symptoms and unfortunately I wasn’t given a conclusive diagnosis by my GP following ultrasound scans and x-rays. Not only did Amy promptly and accurately form her diagnosis but she also recommended an excellent treatment (hydrodilatation incorporating cortisone and saline injection) and even the venue at which to undergo the procedure!! The treatment worked so well that Amy was happy to discharge me after only two sessions post the hydrodilatation procedure and she also gave me some useful exercises to complete the rehab. THANK YOU again Amy!!

Without a doubt, Amy is the best physio I have ever been to. She focuses on getting the problem fixed in as few sessions as possible (not like some others who try and lock you in to multiple sessions) and the follow-up service is outstanding. Amy genuinely cares about her patients and will go out of her way to accommodate you. Can't recommend highly enough!

Having played sport for many years and been unhappy with the general lack of care/interest from my previous physio, I was recommended to Amy.I have been blown away by the treatment I've been provided across multiple different niggles and strains.
