Bought a 75L fridge over a year. Worked great until the compressor died the day before leaving for a camping trip. Brought it in and after having a look at it they realised it was production problem. Swapped it straight away with a brand new one. Just excellent service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service when I was in the store as well as the store clerk had no clue what he was talking about as he sold me the wrong product. Last time I shop here or recommend it to any person who is thinking of making a purchase in this store

Complete clueless people work work here now. Sell security systems but nobody has any idea at all.Ask did they sell Uniden and told no. Walked up the the aisle and there they were. Then left alone for 10 minutes working out what night suit us but zero help. Nobody else in the shop. 3 staff all clueless. Had come to buy even though better deals online. No point buying from a shop when staff has no idea. Just buy online or go to some other shop with more professional sales staff.

Exceptional Customer Service and couldn't ask for more!I didn't get the guys name, but not only did I ask for the wrong thing and he know EXACTLY what I wanted and was talking about, he also sorted me out with what else I need for my project!
