Castle Hill Speech & OT

CHS&OT has been part of our life even before my son's official diagnoses. When we first notice a communication delay on our 2yo, we contacted Mary for an assessment. Strait away I felt comfortable and confident Mary would be a great help for our family. Since there, we had to add other therapies (OT, Behaviour, Music and Feeding) and all the professionals we came across are amazing. I can't forget to also mention the staff that is always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The best part for me, though, is that the therapists are constantly talking to each other and we can work together to achieve the best results. Next year my son is going to mainstream school and I know we wouldn't be there if wasn't for all support we got from CHS&OT. Thank you Mary and team :-)

My son who has ASD has been seeing Mary for 4 years ever since his diagnosis. I have to honestly thank my lucky stars that we fell into her care. She has been such a guiding light for our entire family especially just after his diagnosis.Her dedication, time and continuous support with my son is what I love most about her. She greets you with warmth and is always happy to see us.When it comes to my son she has been ever so patient with him. He is in remission for Cancer as-well as his ASD, so has found it incredibly hard to trust new people into his world. Mary has never pushed that relationship to be something that it's not, she has always just worked at his pace and now come 4 years later, he has so much trust and confidence in her and their relationship.You know a big thing for me is that the people who are involved in my son's care appreciate my son for who he is, value his interests and what makes him happy. Never once have I ever questioned this seeing Mary over the years.We will always be eternally grateful for everything she does for us and the way she has enhanced my son's life, by assisting him with the development of his speech. Over the years he has gone from being non verbal to now using sentences, and this growth and improvement all comes down to the dedication and patience Mary has show him!

100% recommend this practice, friendly staff and are fully committed to helping the families as best they can. My twin boys both with autism love coming here and spending time with their therapist.

Mary and team you guys are amazing.we started our son’s speech therapy in 2020 and we are so thrilled with the progress!! He has improved so much since going to Mary. It’s hard to find a good therapy provider in the hills area - one that has a great team of therapists that are friendly, dedicated, supportive and show genuine care and concern for the children and families they see. Luckily I came across Mary and her team. I highly recommend their services - they offer speech, OT, music, behaviour therapy all in the one roof. It definitely saves so much time from going to different therapists and at different locations. Keep up the hard work Mary and team.

I have 3 kids on the spectrum and have been seeing Mary for over 5 years now. They always try their best to fit my kids in together so I dont have to travel far and the kids feel at ease both with her and the OT's on site. Whenever I have an issue with my child she always tries to come up with workable solutions and will give all her clients the support that they need. The whole team there is wonderful and friendly and their main focus is ensuring the kids get the best therapy, are happy to be there and have fun doing it

When we stated with CSO my child didn’t have any eye contact or any proper words. It has been 1.5years now he is got eye contact and many words and his social skills is miraculous. All the hardwork and effort goes to Beautiful Mary and her stunning team. Laman will be always missed. The whole team is so supportive and friendly it feels like it’s my second home. I highly recommend this service!!!

My son started off at CHS&OT at age 2 years old after Mary came highly recommended to us. He had hardly any words and now at age 4 he can form full sentences and have short conversations with family and peers.Mary and her team have been a vital part of my sons progress and development since he was diagnosed with ASD. Not only are the therapists highly skilled and committed, they are caring, gentle, compassionate and fun! They took the time to understand what my sons special interests are and deliver his therapy in a way that aligns with those interests so that his sessions are engaging and productive.What I appreciate most about Mary is that she spent a lot of time building a great rapport with my son, she did not rush ahead or push so hard to the point he would dread coming to his sessions (which has been the case with other therapists). She really took the time to get to know him and form a relationship of trust and respect. My son absolutely loves visiting Mary and her team, it is like a trip to the park for him and at the same time he is picking up so many valuable and life changing skills.The convenience of all therapies under the one roof makes it so much easier when juggling our families busy schedule. We feel so extremely blessed and grateful for Mary and her team and will continue at CHS&OT for many, many years to come.

It has been a year since my 3 year old twins first started their therapy journey with Speech and OT Castlehill. They were diagnosed with Autism level 3, Significant Speech delay and Global developmental delay, I was so overwhelmed at the time I didn’t know where to begin. My first experience into the world of children’s therapy was with a company that wanted me to sign a full year contract with them even before starting therapy with them, they were very pushy and formal. I was lucky to look elsewhere and find Mary at Speech and OT Castlehill, she is a very experienced senior Speech therapist and the owner. Mary has spent a lot of time with me and my twins working on which therapies and approaches would work best, my twins are very fortunate to have Mary and a very highly skilled multi disciplinary team of therapist all working together to see my twins meet their Individual NDIS goals. I love how all the therapist are bright and up beat and always willing to listen to my concerns, they freely offer their advise and support. The receptionist are super friendly and have looked after us well, providing me with quotes and other reports as soon as I ask, I owe them big time for working out a schedule where my twins are seen at the same time so I’m not waiting for back to back appointments. They also run fun competitions through out the year which I really enjoy taking part in with my twins.The Behaviour therapy was quite surprising for me because it’s actually fun for the children as it’s play based, the behaviour therapist Angelina really has a knack working with children with challenging behaviours, they really respect her. What I like best about Speech and OT Castlehill is that my kids love it there and that is why they have come so far in their development. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Highly recommended!I have nothing but praises for Mary and her team for doing an excellent job in helping kids with special needs as well as their families. My son has been with Mary since 2019 and I am so proud of how far he has achieved.Mary has been wonderful and patient with my son. She goes above and beyond in guiding us to the right path in choosing which services is right for my son. She is very accommodating to our needs and she understands how chanllenging the journey is. I am so much grateful because she treats my son like her own and not just a client. Her passion in helping kids is unmistakable it radiates to all her staff. I consider ourselves to be lucky to have been with her since the beggining. I couldnt imagine otherwise.
