Rip off, went for wheel alignment with an appointment at 10 end up leaving car and got a call-in evening saying car needed new suspension and few parts for alignment got a quote of roughly $1500 which I refused to get it done and picked up the car and end up paying 69$ for doing partial alignment and was told I have been given discount as actual cost is 89$ am surprised how I can be charged for something which has not been done. Absolutely Rip off not going Bridgestone again.

Don't waste your time and money with this business, two weeks ago, I fount left front tyre leaking, so took the car to them, and they checked it, told it is unrepairable, then needed a new tyre, ok, but it takes nearly 3 hour to get 1 new tyre on, good job. and this week, I find the tyre is still leaking, then come to them again, they said because they saw another tyre has nail on it, then they fix that one, they didn't do anything with the tyre I want them to have a look, then they try to look at the left front tyre. it take them whole day, then told me they can't get the tyre off because the wheel nut is old, they need to use special way to take it off, and give me the quote with 300+ and new tyre 200 if needed, as I can't trust them any more, i take the car back and find another business, the new place helps to change all the new wheel nuts and fix the left tyre problem, just using 30+ mins and 100+. this business seems just like to get your money, and if you still go with them, make sure they are doing the things you want them do.

Had a puncture needing repair, called the day before and made booking for 11:30am. Arrived at 11:20am, puncture repair took 1 hour 45 minutes. They even took lunch while I waited. I won’t be using Bridgestone again, that’s for sure!!

I had a booking at 8:30 for four tyres replaced and wheel alignment service at Bridgestone hoppers Crossing. It took around 1 and half hour, Great services.

Terrible waiting time. Reception said one and half hour to get two front tyres repair and wheel alignment. Unfortunately, when I ask them how’s my car going after 2 hours wait. They said just prepare to start to fit two tyres. SPEND 3 HOURS to fit 2 tyres and wheel alignment! Totally management issues, they over accepted appointments booking and walk in customer!

The sole point of booking an appointment is that you don't have to wait too long before it's your turn. If you have to wait two and half hour just before they roll you car in, then I Would say its ridiculous. It's second time they have done it. Last time same issue took almost 4 hrs to do wheel alignment, even though I had an appointment.Very low time management.I see lot of people have commented about along waiting times and yet they keep doing the same thing, obviously they are over booking people, or giving priority to walk in's. Well i have given them 2 chances.Not going there again to get disappointed.

Exceptional service. Blew a tyre did not have an appointment, but took a chance they would look after me - and they were GREAT! Even though they were busy they got tyre repaired and me back on road within 2 hours. Great staff, friendly and given my observation hard workers all were busy all the time!

Terrible service, cannot admit to own mistakes. Came for an allignment, they couldnt even do this properly and ended up ruining my tie rod ends. Go to a different shop if you can

Terrible wait times, promised to deliver the car (wheel alignment, tyre replacement) in 1hour 30 mins. I ended up waiting close to 3 hours. Everybody’s own time has it own value. When you don’t value your customers time, you are not worth having good customers. There’s NO point in apologising for having wasted a lot of time.PS: People who are lined up for upcoming appts, Melbourne have got better people who can do it for you.
