I contacted Jay to get some advice on my elderly parents septic tank issues. Jay was very helpful and friendly and generous with his time and advice. He was honest about what was needed which meant we did not need his service at this time. In this current day and age it is hard to find people who are not only responsive but happy to take time to understand your needs and offer advice. We will definitely use Jay when my folks septic tank needs work and I would recommend him just based on how willing he was to help and educate me on what our options were. Great customer services and lovely guy. Thanks again Jay

Totally useless at administration and does not acknowledge any customers email notifications. ie: email address updates and more importantly, I advised them we have sold that property months ago, (no reply)and yet I get a call from his service bloke today, that they are going on the property and doing a service today. So am forced to write this review so hopefully get the message through to them.I check all my emails and spam folders, so that old excuse will not cut it.
