Brighthouse Early Learning Braybrook

Have had both of my kids attend Brighthouse over the last 4 years and they have always been treated so well! Thank you to all the lovely educators who have taken so much time to care for our kids, encourage them with trying new things and preparing them for the transition to primarily school.

My granddaughter attends this Daycare centre.. The staff/management are always courteous and friendly.. The teachers are exceptional towards the children.. They always serve a healthy and nutritious meal for the children.. My granddaughter has made many wonderful friends and looks forward to attending.. I would much recommend this establishment to look after the needs of your most precious..

Our 3.5YO and 15MO really love going to Brighthouse. Their educators/room leaders have built such a beautiful bond with them and go out of their way to show our boys love and care. Our babes can name all the beautiful carers who love them so much and are amazing at their jobs and talk about them often. Recently our 15MO started having seizures and Danielle, the Room Leader was and continues to be amazing in helping him, us and the other carers in the room manage any attack he has. She really helped me to feel less anxious about my son being in care during these times, especially when the Centre Director was less then empathetic about it. So THANK YOU Danielle, Semral, Jenny, Ha, Hannah, Ruby, James, Jade and all the other carers I haven’t named because there are way too many who look after Jaxx and Maddy. You are all amazing human beings, and I hope you get the recognition you deserve. I know a lot of the other parents feel the same way. Keep up the amazing work you do.

I went pass your childcare yesterday,i saw the kids played outside with the sand,one little girl around over 1 year old,she kept putting the sand in her mouth,the teacher seated front of her didn’t do anything,she just seat and hold the ipad.The little girl keeps doing that non stop and she looks like she wants to vomit.And i can’t keep calm,i told the teacher:Is it the sand safe for her and why the teacher didn’t do anything???I don’t know maybe my english is not good enough or the teacher can’t understand me,she kept seating with her ipad and still didn’t do anything!I felt sorry for the little girl!And i hope she will be ok!I thought at least when the teacher saw it she have to stopped the girl and take her go to wash the hand or wash her mouth or something like that!cause this girl is still a baby!I saw it in real and front of me.I was so disappointed,the teacher needs to take care of them and treat them well!we pay money for you,it’s not free,we don’t expect everything is perfect but at least you take care of them and do the right way,not like that!

Had my son here for a few years when it was still Harmony, and now my daughter attends Brighthouse. They are lovely and remembered us even though a few years had passed. My daughter is so excited to go to care and has a great time there. The daily photos and updates are great and make me feel like I'm not missing as much by having to go to work and reassure me that she is having fun and being well cared for. Then when I pick her up I can just ask to find out more about how she went and what she did.

The educators are dedicated and professional. Great facility. Perhaps could do with a few excursions for the kids, but I understand they can be difficult and costly to arrange.

Caring, attentive daycare educators who genuinely take the time and effort to get to know children and their families. We really love the community vibe.

The staff and educators are super helpful and supportive. The centre provides a nice and comfy environment for the kids

This is the worst learning centre my child has been.. When asked, the educators are not aware what the child has done whole day in their centre. Educators do not know if child has eaten food or what child did whole day.They do not take any efforts to look after kids as i have seen while picking up, my 2 year kid left all alone aside and lost. My kid was very unhappy and unsettled every day and manager would say to take him back home which was very rude and disgusting as we cannot leave work half way and come back home. We just had to discontinue sending kid to this worst centre. Now my kid goes to other centre and really happy. I cannot recommend this centre to any one.
