He threatened to punch my lights out and then began to have a go at what he thought I did for a living. The lowest of pond scum you can find!

Usless builder that cannot run work sites absolute chaos and do not pay out their subbies the whole company is corrupt destroying people's lives. Note all the people that have commented on here work for condev. Then have them to reply about how we had our differences. What a joke id like ro see them get ripped off and then he happy about it. We both signed the contract to accept works and payment. I did my part of the deal finished the job put myself and in debt now they wont even pay out the remaining contract amount of over $60k. And the worst thing is there are more than 10 people that I know they have done this too. My advice to other tradies/contrators STAY AWAY from this corrupt builder.

Looks like the amount of bad reviews on here already confirm our neighbourhoods experience.We wouldn’t buy a property that CONDEV’s built if you paid us. Our entire street have had to witness first hand over the past 18 months the behaviour and work ethic of your contractors at Zinc, Kirra. Thank God they’ll be gone in 8 weeks.One side of the road is closed off to non-local traffic and they employ a half-wit guy to stand there all day with a stop/slow sign. We watch him everyday looking around to see if his boss/colleagues are watching, then he turns away and close to his chest starts rolling smokes, checking before each puff if anyone’s watching. Imagine the quality of work going into this building if this is the type of staff they employ! No integrity, turned us right off purchasing!We need to get into our driveway/street, not alternate roads that take the visitor/tourist detour. The sign guy, along with us, can see if 1km straight up the road is completely clear of traffic or not, but he still jumps out in front of our car, and chases us around like a clown, shouting abuse, waving his fist at us, every time (literally). The site is always left with rubbish and litter at the end of each day, there is no respect for their project or the neighbours.This is AFTER the fact that when the guy first abused us, we came to a stop and reversed, wound our window down, introduced ourselves, we showed him the disability parking permit on our car and explained we lived opposite the construction site and needed to (often urgently and in emergency) access our driveway through the one lane open. He didn’t hear a word we said, he seemed to be full of anger and hate.CONDEV, it seems, was too stingy to put one person on each of the 50 metres to allow locals from both ends to share through the measly 50 metres stretch that only one lane is open. Furthermore, they didn’t employ someone who like on EVERY other construction site, has the skills in assisting traffic of both directions so locals can enter through to their home. The road is a ghost town during the day and this guy with the tinted sunnies and teeth as bad as his cognitive function still couldn’t be bothered doing his job properly and helpfully the locals through the road to their driveway like is done on EVERY other construction. You can’t just close a road to those living opposite the site. Why don’t you go check out the sign guy in the same position as your half-wait, down the road at Tweeds Bay apartments construction site? *Shock horror* he has the ability to let vehicles through from both directions on the one side open lane, with the same intersection as Zincs. Maybe you could train, educate and teach your unprofessional employee and your company to do their job like professional construction sites.We’ve seen him note our car, number plates and of course we showed him which apartment we live in when we attempted to have a productive conversation with him 18 months ago. Thankfully we have a car camera and CTV, otherwise we wouldn’t put it past someone with this calibre to come along and sabotage/vandalise.I would not buy anything this company has built.

One star because Google won't allow no stars. Complete menace and a danger on the roads. On the 20/02/17 we were travelling at 60kmh when a Condev vehicle (silver prado rego 504-VVG) exceeding the speed limit by some margin over took our vehicle on our drivers side east bound on Robinson Rd Geebung in Brisbane only to swerve across immediately in front of our vehicle in his attempt to go left into Newman Road (must have been late for something worth endangering all lives on the road). Beware: this road user has demonstarted a complete and utter lack of regard for the safety and welfare of people and their families.

Super company . Gives so much back into the community.Would highly recommend for all your construction needs .

Pathetic company to call - front desk customer service is awful!!! (zero stars). Soon as you past receptionist, they seem professional and easier to deal with.

Condev is the best commercial builder on the GC, been around for more than 15 years and support the local community.They produce a quality product and focus on building long term relationships with clients.Keep up the good work boys!
