The idea of this is great and the products I purchased were good. I placed an order as a surprise for my partner at work for Valentine's day but he never got the surprise... as my delivery instructions were printed incorrectly and they got sent to the wrong department, I had to call the delivery company and numerous other places trying to chase it up and was informed that the company who sent my delivery (Man Flower Co) had not printed my instructions out properly and they were cut off. I contacted the company about it thinking they would resolve the issue and apologize for the error but instead blamed me. Would not recommend or re-purchase due to the lack of customer service.

I ordered Dads Treat Box for a father's day present. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. However, when the parcel arrived all the beer cans were dented, and the treats were squished, obviously they had been rolling around in the box and not packaged properly. I contacted customer service as I was disappointed with how everything arrived. They didn't offer much support other than they appreciated my feedback and maybe I can open the box and jazz it up a bit.I don't recommend using Manflower, as there are heaps of similar companies that ensure the products arrive as advertised and not damaged.

Amazing experience. I couldn't see my brother for his birthday due to Melbourne lockdown 4.0, so I put together a customised pack last minute to cheer him up. Even though his birthday fell on a Saturday Emma went out of her way to make sure he received his gift the morning of his Birthday. He loved it!
