But what got my business is their shipping costs; theirs is the most reasonable price at the most reasonable delivery time.Australia Post was delayed in delivering my package, and they sent me a new one straight away via express! Long drive from S.o.R. to get some products for new lawn growing season. The guys listened to me ramble on about my lawn care journey and where I aim to go with it this season. Gave me great advice on the suggested products.Shop layout and presentation of available products is excellent with an impressive range of products. Worth the 1hr drive each way.

I don't usually take the time to review businesses. But after the service I received from Billy Goat Lawns, I had to!I've ordered a couple of different times, and the delivery times have been extremely quick.Recently I ordered a battery back pack sprayer, it seemed to have an issue so I got in contact with them, they picked it up immediately and replace the item. They were polite and wanted to help as much as possible. They went out of their way to provide the best possible service. I could not recommend more highly and will be using them for all my future lawn care products,

I honestly cannot recommend you guys high enough.Being an amateur who had so many questions to ask about my new lawn, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! They guided and explained to me in details the products I didn't need and the ones I did need.Once it was all clear to me, I placed an order expecting it to be delivered within 5-10 business days but to my surprise, the products arrived in less than 24 hours!!Will definitely be using this company going forward as a regular and loyal customer, thanks guys and keep up the amazing job!!

Such knowledgeable and friendly guys. They forgot to give me a discount (which I never even knew about), and 10 minutes after I got home they contacted me asking for account details to pay me the discount. 10 minutes later the money arrived in my account!!!They have all the products and knowledge to help you have an amazing lawn.
