Foot Locker

Customer service was Top notch! had a hole in the toe of my basketball shoe that was a couple of months old and they swapped it for a new pair with No worries at all! Brilliant team at Footlocker Carousel!

Went there couple of times, always out of bags, and this time they gave me a box and asked for 10 bucks, what a joke, wouldn’t come back here again. However YD on the opposite side of footlocker was very generous and gave me a bag for free.

Bought Nike Jordan. Sole started ripping off in less than 3 months. Went to store. No help at all. Even though I have bank transaction but they refused to help because I didn’t have receipts. Never buy thing’s again.

Foot locker doesn’t allow you to check store inventory online and didn’t answer the phone.In store the shoe I wanted was only in an ugly colour and when I asked they didn’t have any other colours. I asked if they had my size and was rudely told I had “no intention of buying the shoe so he would not get it from the back”. Was told to try the display shoe, which was bigger and then I can order it online after. After saying I had the intention to buy the shoe online in another colour eventually got the shoe from the back. Extremely disappointing experience, what is the point of a store if you have to argue to even try the shoe on.

Very good customer service. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Big thank you to especially Lachlan and the tall guy ( maybe named King?), they were absolutely legends. Made my purchase and exchange experiences very easy and pleasant :)

Been twice in the last few days max busy both times but customer service was still excellent. Really impressed by the above and beyond attitude of the manager, she is all over it. Very grateful for such excellent service.

Went in yesterday and was greeted by Angel. She provided amazing service even though they were super busy. I bought my daughter a set of Air Max.I then came in again a bit later looking for shoes for my wife. Again Angel served us and sent us over the men's side to have a look at some other colour and sizes. On the men's side, we were met by King. Again, his service was amazing.They didn't have the size we needed but rang another store and asked them to hold.Great service and I will definitely be back for more shoes soon.

Called to discuss the customer service I had experienced, however when I asked to speak to the manager the person that answered the phone said she was, I then asked for her name and she hung up the phone. Customer service is shocking at the Cannington store
