Roddah is beyond an exceptional carpenter and builder, he is one of the nicest tradesmen we have ever dealt with! Our 3 bedroom house in Narrabeen was run down (to put it nicely) and well in need of a major overhaul/renovation.Once having our plans drawn up we set out to find a builder to take on the job.After a handful of quotes and many discussions with different builders we decided to go with Roddah and the team at TLC constructions.This was due to a few reasons.1. The quote being competitively priced and fitting in with our budget for the build.2. Roddah’s extensive knowledge of all aspects of carpentry and building during discussions.3. Roddah’s comprehensive detailing of all aspects of the job that would be completed. Any and all questions were happily answered by Roddah.These 3 things, plus Roddah’s overall good natured demeanour was reason enough to sign the quote with TLC constructions.We were not disappointed with our decision.From start to finish Roddah and the team were brilliant.Roddah involved us every step of the way in the build, while Tylana was always a pleasure to work with while dealing with the Admin side of the build. The worksite always seemed like a friendly environment and the quality of workmanship was second to none.Our old 3 bedroom shack was transformed on time and has become a beautiful ‘Hamptons style’ 2 story/4 bedroom house that we absolutely love. The attention to detail across the whole house is exceptional and it wouldn’t have been made possible without Roddah and the team.We wish Roddah, Tylana and all the crew at TLC Constructions the very best and I would gladly recommend TLC Constructions to anyone for their future building requirements.Regards,Dan
