Have had a number of jobs done here over last few months. Suspension, canopy, drawers, dual batteries, diff breathers & winch. I was dealing with Tracey who was 100% professional, knowledgeable & had great communication through works. Can't recommend highly enough.

They installed a bull bar winch, canopy & roof rack couldn't be happier very professional job & staff very helpful on products definitely going back again cheer ARB warragul

Was going to Action 4WD for a couple years. Since they changed to ARB their service has been below average. Plenty of other 4X4 places around guess i'll have to check them out

If only I could give 0 stars. Had car booked in to install tow bar. Staff were running late but we happily catered to them. When my wife arrived to pick car up both of our childrens car seats were pulled out. Unfortunately they only communicated that on arrival and my wife had walked down with 2yo and 4yo in the pram and wasn't able to reinstall on the spot and had to drive home with them unsecure. We have also had them professionally installed for safety reasons with extension cords so not easily put back in on the spot without instructions on hand. When raised to owner David Gallagher that we wished we had been communicated with better and that we didn't want it to inconvenience anyone else in future he was unapologetic, sarcastic and rude saying they must be pretty fancy car seats". We took car back and it took David and 3 staff 25mins to put seats back in which proved that what he expected my wife to do was unreasonable. There was no apology or acknowledgement. She then spoke to head office who said he would call with an apology. David called and said "sorry" there was poor communication and that my wife should have communicated that she was coming to pick car up with the kids... still taking no ownership. Will never deal with them again."

The team at ARB Warragul were fantastic to deal with when getting my Canopy fitted. Was able to get it in earlier due a cancellation and the service was great. Very happy with it! Completes and makes my FX4 Ranger a bit more practicle.I did get a Brake Controller installed as well. Had issues the first time, had to take it back and it was all resolved. Just an inconveinence it wasn't done correctly the first time.

Drive 1.5 hours to find the store is closed. Update your google trading hours and take the sticker off the front of the door. So unprofessional.

Took my Ranger Raptor in get a hidden winch cradle and winch fitted. Workmanship was clean and tidy couldn’t get any better and customer service was great

Ordered and had fitted Summit Bullbar and Old Emu Suspension..At the start the communication was terrible. I get that parts are hard to come by but after 2 mths let me know what is going on. Anyways there was a change in personal an Tracey took over.. She was awesome.. yes the parts were months away but she updated me frequently to let me know what the status was. Picked the car up tonight and it looks awesome.. fingers crossed I have no issues. @roaming.wolvesTHANK YOU Tracey
