Michelle is the loveliest in there… went there today & the lady behind the counter was rude & abrupt. Although I go on a regular basis to this op shop I’ve decided today that I will never go back there, they’ve lost a customer which is sad they should take more time to put the appropriate person behind the counter working, it made me feel very uncomfortable being in this op shop, NEVER AGAIN. Jamie is suppose to be the store manager, well he’s not doing a very good job

Ignore the previous review. This shop is manned by a lovely group of retired VOLUNTEERS!!!! I have found so many great bargains in this shop, it’s a real treasure trove. Support your local community, and recycle.

Staff are Lovely and kind, but the manager is SO off-putting , rude and offensive, whispering about customers right in front them and glaring at them, tried to alter the price at the counter, never have I come across such a condecending obnoxious and repulsive person in a charity" shop before
