Wendy was very friendly, and cheerfully charged me about $100.00 more than i am usually charged for my tax return, bringing the total to $239.00, apparently because she had to determine deductions associated with my personal car that is used for work. Much prefer my usual accountant Kyle who has never charged this kind of premium. Wendy was friendly and all but i wont be going back to her and would not recommend her. I only later realised that she also missed my comprehensive insurance.

Great service at the highest level from start to finish in record time that I was almost shocked by the ease of the whole process,Especially with outstanding lodgements to Prior year's returns added for completion to meet the compliance deadline.Highly Recommended.

This was my second year with H&R block. I was able to book in with the same amazing accountant who ensured I got my maximum refund. I received a discount for going back to to H&R block which was great as they look after returning customers. I booked the 30 minute session but went over time, this wasn't an issue and I didn't feel rushed. Great customer service and helpful, friendly staff. Thanks again!

I could not recommend Nerida enough. She was wonderful, patient, friendly and did everything she could to maximise my return. She was all these lovely things at the end of the day too, when you know they were overworked. Will definitely be using her fromNow on!
